One day HACCP Internal Auditors training (1 day training)

At the end of this training, each Internal auditor will be equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out an Internal audit to verify if the HACCP system is in place and in compliance with the specifications/ standards.

Key learning objectives:

1. Explain the 7 principles of HACCP. 

2. State the HACCP principle related to internal audits.

3. State the principles of auditing. 

4. State the different types of audits. 

5. Identify the key competencies of an auditor. 

6. Identify some key auditing skills (from video activity).

7. Identify the auditing structure and tools. 

8. Identify checklists related to internal audits. 

9. Differentiate audit findings (Non-Conformance's)

10. Complete a NCR for any minor or major findings.

11. Explain audit reporting. 

12. Explain audit conclusions.

This is a 1 day training program and costing is based on per pax costing with a minimum of 10 participants and maximum 20 participants.
