ISO 15189 Documenting & Implementing QMS for the laboratory training (2 days training)

This specialized program is designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge required to establish, document, and implement a robust Quality Management System in accordance with the ISO 15189 standard.

Key learning objectives:

1. QMS documentation requirements.

2. Document control procedures.

3. Policy and procedure development.

4. Personnel competenence and training development.

5. Recording keeping practices.

6. Internal audit and risk management documentation. 

This is a 2 day training program and costing is based on per pax costing with a minimum of 10 participants and maximum 20 participants.
