5S Housekeeping Training (1 day training)

To provide participants with the basic knowledge and concepts of 5s so that they can participate actively in housekeeping improvement efforts in the company.

Key learning objectives:

1. Understanding 5s concepts.

2. Identifying specific areas in their own workplace for applying 5s.

3. Participating in housekeeping improvement.

4. Working with others on 5s project teams.

This is a 1 day training program and costing is based on per class with maximum of 20 participants.
