Understanding GMP or Good Manufacturing practices is very important for food safety team members in the manufacturing sector. This is to ensure the basic elements are understood, implemented and monitored in all areas. GMP can be understood as the regulations, codes and guidelines that control the operational conditions within a food establishment allowing for the production of safe food.
Key learning objectives:
- State the difference between GMP and HACCP.
- Identify legal requirements in Food Hygiene Regulations 2009.
- Identify the GMP elements in MS 1514: 2009.
- Discuss the implementation of the 10 GMP elements.
This is a half day training program and costing is based on per pax costing with a minimum of 10 participants and maximum 20 participants.
