Food Borne Complains Investigation Training workshop (1 day training)

At the end of this one-day training, participants will be familiar with the Food Borne complains investigation protocol and the completion of relevant forms.

Key learning objectives:

1. Identify the common causes of food poisoning.

2. Identify how food can be contaminated. 

3. State the difference between food poisoning, food borne illness and food allergy and food intolerance.

4. State the differences between infection, intoxication and incubation period. 

5. Identify the common food pathogens, their toxins, and the commonly associated foods. 

6. Carry out an interview to obtain key facts. 

7. Complete the FB compliants investigation form. 

8. Complete the physical hazard investigation forms. 

This is a 1 day training program and costing is based on per pax costing with a minimum of 10 participants and maximum 20 participants.
